Job Title: Young People Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Birmingham and the West Midlands. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and care leavers to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence.
  • Encouraging education, training, and employment opportunities.
  • Building positive relationships with young people, families, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A Full UK driving licence is required for this role.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
