Creative DT Educator for SEN Students

**Job Description:**
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching DT, with experience working with students who have SEN, particularly those with sensory or physical disabilities. You will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing lesson plans that promote student engagement and participation.
• Adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with SEN.
• Collaborating with the SENCo and support staff to develop IEPs and other educational plans.
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Creating a safe and supportive learning environment using specialized equipment and resources when needed.
