Technical Manager for Facilities Management

We are seeking a highly skilled PFI Technical Manager to join our team at 300 North Limited. As a key member of our Asset Management department, you will play a critical role in delivering Hard FM services.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing inspections, audits, and reporting activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, technical knowledge, and leadership skills. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
