Cruise Travel Consultant Role

We are pleased to inform you of a new opportunity for one of our clients: a boutique luxury cruise travel agency seeking to expand their team.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have experience in selling luxury cruises across ocean, river, and expedition forms, with a strong focus on providing industry-leading customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Curate the perfect luxury cruise holiday for customers, ensuring every detail is considered.
  2. Build long-lasting relationships with customers, prioritizing their needs and exceeding expectations.
  3. Work closely with the team to drive sales and achieve business goals.
  4. Participate in FAM trips to develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year's experience in cruise sales, preferably luxury cruises.
  • Outstanding sales results and a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
