Product Manager - Premier League License

The Product Manager - Premier League License will lead a cross-functional product development team to achieve product objectives, adhering to all brand guidelines of the licensor. This role oversees multiple properties and ensures that products are of high-quality, delivered on-time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee product development and manage the P&L for sticker and trading card game products for the Premier League license.
  2. Define the composition for each product and lead a cross-functional product development team to achieve product development objectives.
  3. Work with sales to identify the SKUs needed for maximum revenue while minimizing SKU proliferation and COGS.
  4. Create marketing launch plans and product recommendations to drive business revenue and profitability.
  5. Participate in the go-to-market strategy to support product adoption and development.
  6. Strategize the right product based on market trends and partners.
  7. Manage hard costs, shipping, deliverables, and premium.
  8. Conduct market research across a trading cards market vertical.
  9. Develop user personas based on target markets.
  10. Act as a brand guardian and ensure all marketing deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and Fanatics Collectibles/Topps Trading Cards standards.
  11. Act as a point of contact for the licensor, if applicable, ensuring that all product adheres to the brand guidelines of the licensor.
  12. Interact with consumers, retailers, and distributors to understand their desires and the drivers of product purchase behavior.
  13. Prepare presentations for line reviews, customer meetings, and corporate reviews.
Requirements:
  1. Comprehensive knowledge of sports, specifically football.
  2. Knowledge of collectibles, the football category, and the Premier League license trends.
  3. Excellent project management skills.
  4. Ability to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Strong command of data and ability to use data to inform strategies and tell a strong narrative.
  6. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  8. Strong computer skills - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel essential.
  9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and oral.
  10. Strong presentation skills.
Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. At least 3-5+ years brand or product development experience.
  3. Related experience is required.
