About the Role

As a Year Manager, you will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and staff within the designated year group. You will provide pastoral support and guidance to students, including monitoring attendance, behaviour, and academic progress. You will also implement strategies and interventions to promote positive behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
