Care Manager Role Overview
Bush & Co is seeking a skilled Care Manager to join our expanding care management team. As a Care Manager, you will play a key role in shaping care provision for the future, working in a small team of specialists to provide care support to our clients nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Associate Case Managers in managing the delivery of care to our clients in the community.
- Undertake delegated tasks in managing the care teams who are directly recruited to individual clients.
- Ensure all regulatory standards are upheld and that the care delivered meets the key lines of enquiry.
- Support in the recruitment of the team and complete risk assessments.
- Attend Multi Disciplinary Team meetings and compile data and identifying trends.
Requirements
- IT skills – outlook, word, excel
- Organisational skills
- Communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Strong administrative & time management skills
- Strong healthcare background
- NVQ level 3 in Care or equivalent
- Full Driving licence and Access to a vehicle
- Knowledge of CQC standards
- A passion for person centred care
