Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at Dandara Living.

The ideal candidate will have experience in new homes sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a challenging role with a dynamic company. As a New Homes Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting prospective purchasers, demonstrating the features and benefits of properties for sale, and negotiating sales details.

You will also be required to process related paperwork, liaise with clients, and ensure that the sales area and show properties are clean and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet prospective purchasers and demonstrate the features and benefits of properties for sale.
  • Negotiate sales details with clients.
  • Process related paperwork, including financial payments.
  • Liaise with clients, Sales Manager, legals, and site staff to process sales through exchange of contracts and legal completion.
  • Deal with daily telephone enquiries.
  • Circulate details of properties for sale to prospective clients.
Requirements
  • Experience in new homes sales.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills.
  • Excellent rapport building and negotiating skills.
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends.
  • Full UK driving license.
