About the Role
The Hyde Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our major project activities across the Hyde Aero Products Division in Dukinfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring first-class, customer-focused project management, either on specific large projects or across smaller project activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Formation and management of project teams as required
- Highly effective proactive risk and opportunity management
- Manage the relationship with customers
- Effective management of stakeholders, both internal and external
- Resolve project issues and escalations
- Development and driving of project management best practice, using formal Hyde tools, processes, and documents
Key Skills and Experience:
- Leadership and project management expertise
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and contract management experience
- Risk analysis and risk management skills
- Engineering background and industrial experience in the aerospace sector
