This is a key leadership role that requires first-class, customer-focused project management skills. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are discharged following robust, proven project management principles. You will also be expected to promote and develop these principles within the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to develop their skills and learn about new areas, with a focus on building and maintaining a high level of Hyde and client knowledge. You will need to be able to convey this information with confidence and authority, and have a proactive approach to seeking advice from others and learning from other members of the Hyde team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management of major project activities: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Closure, and Formation and management of project teams as required
  • Highly effective proactive Risk & Opportunity Management
  • Manage the relationship with customer(s)
  • Effective management of stakeholders: Internal & External
  • Resolve project issues and escalations
  • Development and driving of PM best practice, using formal Hyde tools, processes and documents

  • KPIs: Delivery of project milestones, adherence to schedule and budget
  • Other: Collaboration effectiveness, Action and Risk closure, Team Morale/Engagement
