Job Title: Residential Child Care Worker

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Stmaryskenmure as a Residential Child Care Worker. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual who can provide care and support to young people in a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide care and support to young people in a safe and secure environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
