Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Glaven Vets. As an RVN, you will work primarily at our main Holt branch with some cover at our Wells-next-to-sea branch. You will be responsible for nurse consultations, including weight clinics, 6-month checks, nail trimming, nutrition chats, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient nursing, including critical care patient nursing
  • Scrub nurse duties
  • Patient triage
  • Blood sampling and catheter placement
  • Administering anaesthetics for mainly small animals and occasionally exotics
  • Radiography
  • Lab and microscope work
  • Maintaining health and safety standards and hygiene protocols
