About the Projects

As a Contracts Manager, you will be based in Yorkshire or the North West, working on NHS refurbishment schemes nationwide. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects, meeting high standards of work.

Requirements

  1. A satisfactory amount of experience in the construction industry
  2. Excellent working knowledge of health and safety protocols
  3. Good understanding of all aspects of the contracting process and technical building requirements

The Role

Job Title: Contracts Manager
Projects: Various NHS refurbishments, Nationwide
Reporting to: Operations Manager

Duties

  1. Inspect project standards efficiently and effectively
  2. Maintain and update contracts as necessary
  3. Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  5. Establish clear communication channels between the team and the company
  6. Guide the project and team to deliver high-quality results, aligning with company vision and values
  7. Deliver operational effectiveness and maintain high standards of quality
