We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a specialist school in Kidderminster. The school caters for a range of different needs, including ASD, physical needs, SLD, and PMLD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with additional needs in the classroom and during 1:1 sessions
  • Working collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans

  • Managing challenging behavior and providing a safe and supportive environment for students
Requirements:
