Unlock Your Sales Potential
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Colchester. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing daily and weekly supply of our products into major retailers, driving sales growth and market share expansion.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to work independently, utilize their initiative, and build long-lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will receive a competitive starting salary, a fully expensed company car, quarterly and yearly bonus, and daily lunch allowance. Additionally, you will be part of a comprehensive benefits package, including a fantastic pension scheme, 53rd week payment, and flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- No Cold Calling: Work with our Field Sales Managers to grow relationships across territories and major retail stores.
- Identifying Gaps in The Market: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify market gaps and win in-store opportunities.
- Driving Sales: Develop and implement initiatives to drive sales and availability of our products.
- Building Customer Relationships: Manage and influence customer relationships at a store level, working collaboratively to achieve results.
Requirements:
- Ability to excel in a home-based role and as part of a team.
- Good energy, motivation, and a desire to win.
- Passion for learning and a willingness to develop skills.
- Experience in sales or a similar role.
- A full UK driver's license.
