Training Programme Director for Rheumatology

Rheumatology South London is seeking a highly skilled individual to lead its Training Programme. As an experienced NHS Consultant, you will oversee the Specialty's Regional Training Programme, ensuring both national standards and local guidelines are met.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the development and implementation of training programmes
- Address specialty-specific matters and trainee/trainer concerns
- Manage postgraduate programme assessments and progression
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing a multi-professional team. With a thorough understanding of Rheumatology training across the region, you will be able to drive innovation and motivate others to achieve their potential.
Salary and Benefits
A competitive salary paid in line with TPD sessional payments will be offered. The estimated annual salary is £63,000 - £85,000. In addition, you can expect a range of benefits, including access to professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
