About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SEN Specialist Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As an integral part of our Learning Support department, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide high-quality support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored support to students with SEN, ASD, and ADHD in a one-to-one or small group setting.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans that meet the needs of our students.
- Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform our teaching strategies.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification or experience working with children with SEN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and students.
- A commitment to providing high-quality support to students with SEN.
