GSL Education is looking for a Learning Support Professional in Watford, UK to provide support and guidance to students. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of classrooms.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Supervise and support students in academic activities
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with teachers and other school staff

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher, or be a Graduate considering a career in education
  • Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A valid Enhanced Child Only DBS is necessary. The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per year.
