Culinary Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Kitchen Professional to join our culinary team at Crooton Ltd in Tewkesbury.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual to contribute to delivering exceptional culinary services, enhance the dining experience for our residents, and collaborate with a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless food production and service.
  • Liaise with suppliers, managing inventory and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment.
  • Support the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chef (minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in a similar role within a care home or hospitality setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Salary and Benefits:

  • £28,471 per annum (£13.93 per hour based on 36 hours/week)
