About the Role:
This role requires a strong background in payment systems and customer experience, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills. As a Payment Experience Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing payment strategies that drive business results and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement payment strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions
- Analyze customer feedback and data to inform business decisions
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver payment projects and initiatives

What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in payment systems or related fields
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive rewards package.
