Seismic Recruitment is seeking a talented Reliability Engineer to support the delivery of technical issues on engines and machines at a leading manufacturer in Peterborough. The estimated salary for this role is up to £25.50 per hour (PAYE) or £34.20 per hour (umbrella), depending on your experience.

Job Requirements:
  • Engineering/STEM degree.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Microsoft Excel experience is a must.
  • DMAIC experience is beneficial.

As a Technical Issues Engineer, you will work closely with Engineers from Systems Engineering and Validation teams, supporting several NPI programs, responding to technical observations, and defining actions. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest designs and technology, creating and communicating reliability/PPRD health metrics, providing training on tool usage, and seeking and delivering continuous process improvement opportunities.
