Reliability Engineer Professional

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to support the delivery of technical issues on both engines and in machines at a leading Engine and Off Highway Machinery manufacturer based in Peterborough.
This role involves working with Engineers from Systems Engineering and Validation teams, supporting several NPI programs, and responding to technical observations. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading internal review meetings within engineering to assign issues found
- Collaborating with Customers and running triage meetings
- Creating and communicating reliability/PPRD health metrics
- Providing training on usage of tools/system
- Suggesting and implementing continuous process improvement opportunities
The ideal candidate will have a background in reliability and quality, along with excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with DMAIC methodology. Familiarity with engine maintenance would be advantageous.
A competitive hourly rate of up to £25.50 (PAYE) or £34.20 (umbrella) is offered, plus holiday and pension contributions. A 12-month initial contract provides stability for the right candidate.
