The Opportunity
As a graduate in our 2025 programme, you will play a key role in supporting our cost management services. You will work closely with our project team to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of project objectives in line with the project plan
- Monitor and engage in relevant health, safety, and wellbeing standards aspects of the project
- Prepare and modify project plans, ensuring they are updated and relevant over the project's lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure robust quality systems are managed and monitored
- Attend meetings, provide contextual information, and conduct site walks
- Partner with stakeholders to manage risk and mitigate treatments
- Track project changes and ensure they are processed and formalised within agreed timeframes
- Provide handover documentation prior to practical completion
- Understand business priorities through Construction to Production, Digital & Data, and Responsible Business
- Support project and programme management team activities relating to external client appointments
- Conduct research, analysis, record-keeping, and other supporting activities to ensure timely and accurate information
- Identify solutions to issues that require problem-solving
You will also work towards gaining professional membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), fully funded and supported by us.

- A future or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or higher in any subject
Given the nature of our work, flexibility is key. Our projects and clients are based in various locations, so you should be prepared to travel frequently to different project sites or Mace offices. A positive and adaptable approach to travel is therefore essential, as it may be a regular part of your role.
