Location:Hybrid (split between home-working and one of our offices - based in London, Cardiff or Edinburgh)
The Ramblers is Britain's walking charity.
The Membership Marketing Officer plays a critical role in supporting the Membership and Supporter Experience Team by providing administrative support as well as a bit of creative marketing flair.
- Support key marketing projects including gift membership, telemarketing, and our annual member survey.
- Check data from our Data Team to ensure accuracy and format.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure timely data provision.
- Track performance and report notable findings to the Head of Membership and Supporter Experience.
- Update a weekly performance tracker.
- Provide additional support in responding to Facebook comments on our acquisition adverts.
- Understanding of basic marketing practices.
- Some familiarity with data protection laws and confidentiality principles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and/or Excel.
- Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to help supporters.
- Interest in walking and/or being an advocate for the outdoors.
