Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing Assessor to join our team at Protocol National Limited. As a Plumbing Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences to apprentices in Plumbing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Assessment: Design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of learners, ensuring all students receive a comprehensive education in Plumbing.
- Practical Instruction: Collaborate with learners and industry partners to plan and execute practical learning days, ensuring safety and educational value.
- Student Support: Monitor and assess learner progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in professional development to stay current with industry standards and educational best practices.
- Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and safeguarding requirements, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Enrichment Activities: Participate in the college's enrichment programs and support the planning of educational trips and visits.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Teaching Qualification: DTLLs, PGCE, or equivalent (Level 4 desirable)
- A1 Award or Equivalent: or willing to work towards within 6 months
- Level 3 Qualified in Plumbing: with experience in delivering high-quality learning experiences and managing a diverse range of learners.

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
