About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Learning Support Assistant to join our team at the London Learning Consortium. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, promoting academic success, and enhancing the overall learning experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, empathy, and patience, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals. You will be responsible for providing in-class support, implementing learning plans, and assisting with behavioral challenges.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £21,840 per annum, plus a range of benefits including holiday entitlement, auto-enrolled pension scheme, flu jab voucher, eye test voucher, and employee assistance program.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with teachers to implement learning plans
  • Provide in-class support during lessons and activities
  • Assist with behavioral challenges and social skills development
  • Foster independence and confidence in students
