Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team at Office Angels. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Credit Exposure: Ensure accurate records and timely actions for live accounts.
  • Open New Credit Accounts: Follow established procedures and perform necessary verifications.
  • Process Daily Banking Transactions: Post transactions with precision and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Handle Customer Queries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Raise Credit Notes: Accurately raise credit notes when necessary.
  • Perform Invoice Runs: Execute daily, weekly, and monthly invoice runs with accuracy and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work effectively with various departments, directors, and customers to address financial matters.
  • Allocate Payments: Accurately allocate payments and update records promptly.
