- Performing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Maintaining fixed asset records.
- Interacting with tax authorities regarding compliance matters.
- Overseeing payroll processes.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinating intercompany transactions.
- Recording journal entries and analyzing discrepancies.
- Executing month-end closing procedures.
- Importing and reconciling sales invoices.
- Generating purchase order documentation.
- Inputting and processing purchase invoices.
- Recording and allocating daily cash transactions.
- Conducting bank reconciliations.
- Maintaining sales ledger and ensuring accuracy.
- Implementing credit control measures.
- Managing VAT and duty sales entries.
- Reconciling intercompany financial activities.
- Processing various bank transfers.
- Acting as a primary contact for audit inquiries.
- Completing ad-hoc financial tasks as necessary.
#### Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in diverse accounting functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- AAT qualification is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage 200 and Sage 50 is advantageous.
