We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Strategist to join our team at BlueOptima. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategy and driving scalable growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. They will also have hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g.,). Additionally, they will possess leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to build and grow a demand generation team.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, content marketing, webinars, and events.
  • Leverage data analytics to track, measure, and optimise the effectiveness of campaigns.
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g.,).
  • Leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to build and grow a demand generation team.
