We are seeking a highly skilled Site Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain Team at The Compleat Food Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the overall production planning process for our savoury/ready meals and sweet bakery factories.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Optimize production run lengths and SKU stock levels to maximize efficiency.
- Produce a weekly production plan that respects production line capacities and technical, food safety, and hygiene policies.
- Ensure raw materials and packaging are available for each production plan.
- Liaise with logistics and transport teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Monitor finished stock levels and adjust production plans accordingly.
- Attend senior operations meetings and report on performance to plan.
- Work with the NPD team to deliver projects on time and to customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the site director to deliver business capital projects.
- Manufacturing experience in an FMCG environment.
- Proven experience in managing complex production planning facilities.
- Working knowledge of TROPOS and associated systems.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good market knowledge of operational equipment suppliers.
- Knowledge of baking processes and key raw materials.
- High level of IT skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
