Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Supply Planners, providing insight and learning into the contract manufacturing and packing environment.
  • Develop, analyse, and deliver insightful KPIs that drive action and continuous process improvements.
  • Coordinate end-to-end changes and activities within the category to ensure uninterrupted supply to patients.
  • Execute timely purchase orders, good receipts, and stock movement transactions within SAP.
  • Communicate with CMO/CPOs regarding timings and escalation of delays or supply challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise SAP planning tools and support efficient planning processes.
  • Drive tracking and coordination of changes to ensure on-time implementation to market with no service issues.
  • Lead and manage regular cross-functional meetings to discuss, align, and implement changes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supply chain role (pharmaceutical company preferred).
  • Hands-on SAP/IBP experience.
  • High level of numeracy and advanced Excel skills (Microsoft 'Power' tool skills an advantage).
  • GxP compliance-focused mindset and excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to achieve high levels of accuracy with detailed analysis, while working within a deadline-driven environment.
