Additionally, having MOT tester certification and proficiency in communicating effectively with customers and colleagues is highly desirable.
You will also need to be a fast learner, able to pick up new skills and techniques quickly, and be passionate about the automotive industry. A process-driven approach and a keen eye for detail are essential in this role, as well as being generally organized in the workplace.
