Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Specialist to join our team at the NHS, providing administrative support for our Referral to Treatment (RTT) Patient Pathway Tracker. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of RTT, cancer and diagnostic standards and waiting time targets. They will be responsible for analysing data, ensuring accuracy and prioritising workload to meet organisational objectives.
Key responsibilities include managing and tracking patients on elective care pathways, maintaining accurate data records, and following escalation processes to minimise pathway delays.
The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, IT proficiency, and experience in waiting list management and patient pathways.
Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
