Job Title: Nursing Services Manager

Theatre Practitioner, Clifton Park Hospital

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our progressive and friendly team as a Nursing Services Manager.

  • NMC/HCPC Registration: This role requires a valid NMC/HCPC registration, demonstrating your expertise in medical care.
  • Theatre Practitioner experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Theatre Practitioner, preferably in Orthopaedic Scrub, is essential for this position.
  • Care delivery: As a Nursing Services Manager, you will oversee the delivery of care with a compassionate and empathetic approach, supporting individuals with their daily needs.
  • Leadership: You will develop leadership skills to manage and coordinate the theatre team, making informed decisions and using initiative when necessary.
  • Dynamic work environment: Our hospital provides a dynamic and challenging work environment that requires flexibility and positivity, with flexible shift patterns available.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annumBenefits:
