Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) team at Goldman Sachs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and deliverables, ensuring timely and effective execution of our RRP strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects and deliverables, including authoring sections of our recovery and resolution plans and other regulatory submissions.
  • Project manage the firm's Trading Book Wind Down program, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
  • Act as a contact for external regulators and firm's Senior Management on RRP matters.
  • Manage assurance work, including capability testing and simulation exercises.
  • Participate in industry forums and partner with leadership/divisions to identify, define, and document project objectives and requirements.

Requirements

  • Complex program management experience, executing high-priority and complex projects across a large organization.
  • Experience launching and running cross-functional projects, engaging at all stages of the project life cycle.
  • Ability to work with a federated team of 100+ individuals across multiple divisions within the firm to plan and execute RRP deliverables.
  • Ability to coordinate activities with multiple interdependencies across several GS internal teams and connect various functions/teams and sharing information.
