We are seeking an experienced and passionate Care Home Manager to lead our team at Peartree Care Home in Sydenham. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our 70-bedroom home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for our residents.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have previous experience as a Care Home Manager, with a strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. You will be a qualified nurse with an active PIN, or have equivalent experience in a care setting. You will be passionate about delivering outstanding care and have a sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and services to residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Ensure the home is run in accordance with CQC Regulations and legislation
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient operation of the home
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including residents, families, and external agencies
- A competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum
- 33 days' holiday, including bank holidays
