Job Title: General Practice Associate

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled General Practice Associate to join our client's team in Worthing. As a General Practice Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients and the team, ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including YouTubers, Models, and other new media entrepreneurs.
  • Provide first-class support to clients and the team, either in person, by email, or by telephone.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and seek to establish new client relationships and business contacts through marketing and networking.
  • Plan, control, and review assignments in an accurate, cost-effective, and timely manner.
  • Manage and supervise the training and development of staff, providing regular feedback and conducting appraisals as required.
  • Present ideas on how to improve processes and utilize new opportunities in legislation and technology to the partners.
  • Contribute to the company's vision of Happy Teams, Happy Clients, and Happy Futures.

Requirements:
  • ACCA or ACA with at least 5 years post-qualified experience in practice.
  • Ambitious, curious, and passionate about what you do, with strong communication and team-working skills.
  • Organised, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
