Job Overview

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant Associate to join our team. As a General Practice Associate, you will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of clients, including YouTubers, models, and other new media entrepreneurs. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable and growing client based in Worthing, Sussex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing first-class support and ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly.
  • Maintain positive client relationships, proactively seeking to establish new client relationships and business contacts through marketing and networking.
  • Plan, control, and review assignments in an accurate, cost-effective, and timely manner.
  • Supervise the training and development of staff, providing regular feedback and conducting appraisals as required.
  • Present ideas on how to improve processes and utilize new opportunities in legislation and technology to the partners.
  • Contribute to the company's vision of Happy Teams, Happy Clients, and Happy Futures.
Requirements
  • ACCA or ACA with at least 5 years post-qualified experience in practice.
  • Ambitious, curious, and passionate about what you do, with strong communication and team working skills.
  • Organised, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
