Care Assistant Position

We are seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents in their homes.
About the Job
- You will work closely with our care teams to deliver personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- You will assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- You will provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
Requirements
- You must have a Level 2 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- You should have experience working in a care setting, preferably with older adults.
- You must be able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
