Role Overview

We seek a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team in the City of London. This is a full-time, in-office role with a competitive salary of approximately £100,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a multi-channel marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all marketing platforms.
  • Manage and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI on campaigns.
  • Optimize online presence through SEO, paid advertising, social media, and content marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with sales, development, and other internal teams to support overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role, ideally within the real estate or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and real estate market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
