Job Title: Senior Real Estate Strategic Analyst

About The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Real Estate Strategic Analyst to join our team at The Management Recruitment Group (MRG). As a key member of our Asset Management and Finance teams, you will play a crucial role in shaping the asset management strategy and financial performance analysis of high-profile property assets.

In this exciting position, you will work closely with senior leaders to deliver insights into the performance of assets and entities, conduct scenario modelling and financial analysis using Excel and Argus Enterprise, and analyse performance metrics, budget/forecast variances, and key market indicators.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Educational Background: A degree in any discipline, ideally with MRICS qualifications.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in real estate, with a track record in asset-level and fund-level performance appraisal.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills for cashflow analysis, proficiency in Argus Enterprise, and experience with financial and property reporting.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, strategic mindset, and a client-focused approach.

You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across all levels of the organisation.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
