About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team in the Medway, Sittingbourne & Canterbury areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community and marketing initiatives aligned to Home Instead's mission and values.

Job Purpose:

The primary goal of this role is to strengthen our brand and grow our market share by building strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and potential Referral Partners (RPNs). You will work closely with our team to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and expand our reach in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with local community leaders, organizations, and businesses to promote Home Instead's services and build partnerships.
  • Create and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase awareness of our client services and employment opportunities.
  • Network regularly with RPNs, community stakeholders, and other relevant parties to maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Deliver promotional activities, events, and presentations to engage with the local community and promote our brand.
  • Track and record interactions with RPNs and community stakeholders, analyzing data to inform future strategies and optimize results.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with Home Instead's policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A proven track record of successfully building relationships with local communities and stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and workshops.A good understanding of marketing principles and experience using various marketing approaches.Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with CRM databases and virtual communication platforms.Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
