Job Summary:

CarmichaelUK is looking for a highly skilled Senior Labour Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our labour operations, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to some of the UK's most exciting civil engineering projects.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee the allocation of labour resources to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Provide strategic insights to improve recruitment and workforce planning processes.
  • Support and mentor junior staff to foster their professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and employment regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in labour management or recruitment, ideally within construction or civil engineering.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Be based within a reasonable commuting distance of Thame, Oxfordshire.
