Job Title: Director - Pharmaceuticals Equity Research

The Research Director is a senior professional who plays a critical role in driving the success of our Pharmaceuticals Equity Research team. As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership to our research analysts, ensuring that our research products meet the highest standards of quality and relevance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of research analysts in the development of high-quality research products, including equity research reports, industry analysis, and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior company executives, investment bankers, and other key stakeholders to stay informed about market trends and developments.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our research analysts, helping them to identify opportunities and challenges in the Pharmaceuticals sector.
  • Collaborate with our sales and trading teams to develop and execute strategies for client engagement and business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform our research products and business strategies.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceuticals Equity Research, with a strong track record of success in developing and executing research strategies.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • MBA or CFA designation preferred.
