Nursery Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:
Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and develop.
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Observe, assess, and record each child's progress, sharing outcomes with parents and colleagues.
Maintain a clean and organised setting that meets health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other team members to create a cohesive and supportive environment.
Requirements:
Level 2 qualification in Childcare or equivalent as a minimum.
Proven experience working in a nursery setting.
An enhanced DBS check with child barred list (this can be applied for through Reed).
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with children, parents, and staff.
