Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Housing Surveyor. As a key member of our housing maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent housing maintenance service through inspections, complaint management, and building maintenance standards.

Responsibilities include conducting responsive pre- and post-inspections related to building maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and identifying risks associated with repairs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in social housing.
  • Essential experience with damp and mould complaint management.
  • Full driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £42,000 per annum, based on the location and job requirements.
