Project Quantity Surveyor Job Description

CV Library is looking for a dedicated Quantitative Surveyor - Utilities Expert to support our team in delivering successful projects. With long-term regional frameworks in place, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop your career.

You will be responsible for overseeing project financial records, providing cost and value forecasts, and leading subcontract management. This is an excellent chance to work on projects valued between £100k-£10m across our South-East, Southern, & Northumbrian Water frameworks.
