Job Summary:
As a Style Advisor at Hobbs, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional in-store experience to our customers. You will be a natural promoter of customer service excellence, actively listening to their needs and providing outstanding support.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position, working approximately 8 hours per week. As a Style Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them find the perfect outfit and ensuring they have an enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, actively listening to customers' needs and providing tailored recommendations.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including fashion trends and styling advice.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.

Requirements:
- 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a fashion or style-related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
