Planned Maintenance Specialist

Perform AM/PM activities to maintain equipment, ensuring tasks are completed on-time and according to schedule.
Work closely with the Maintenance Planner to ensure maintenance tasks are well-documented and executed efficiently.
Collaborate with the manufacturing unit's technical teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Provide leadership in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities as assigned.
Support the organisation and preparation of spare parts and materials required for planned maintenance and equipment rebuilds.
Participate in plant shutdowns to perform essential maintenance tasks.
Assist with the technical development and training of unit technical staff across all shifts.
About You:
A minimum of 5 year's experience in a high-speed automated manufacturing setting is highly advantageous.
A Level 3 qualification in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) is highly required.
Strong team player with the ability to coach and mentor team members on technical matters.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and make quick, effective decisions.
Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of both electrical and mechanical practices.
Experience with control systems, robotics, or automation is a strong advantage.
