Planned Maintenance Specialist

As a Planned Maintenance Technician at Michael Page, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that maintenance tasks are well documented and executed according to the plan.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain equipment to ensure activities are completed on-time and executed according to the plan.
• Work closely with the Maintenance Planner to ensure maintenance tasks are well documented.
• Conduct regular maintenance audits of equipment, identifying potential continuous improvement opportunities to improve PM program effectiveness.
• Provide leadership for TPM activities as assigned.
• Support the organisation and preparation of spare parts and other applicable materials required to complete maintenance tasks for planned maintenance periods and equipment rebuild program.
• Attend during plant shut down periods to perform maintenance activities.
• Provide support to the manufacturing unit technical teams as required.
Requirements
• Level 3 qualification in a related field is highly desirable.
• 5 years' + experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical and mechanical practices and repair.
